  Dr. Sanders is fantastic. The office procedures are a little lacking. I noticed on my kids flu shots they added some additional charges which seem excessive. I was told by our insurance company that they were office visit charges. I didn't know that doctors could bill visits without seeing you. Our insurance covers flu shots at no charge. But since that was an office visit we had to pay an additional $40 out of pocket as the "office charge" went to our deductible. $80 is extra charges seems excessive for 2 minutes of the nurses time. I called the number on my bill twice and was told they were only a billing company and couldn't help me. I called the office and explained what the billing company said, they referred me back to the billing company. If there were other pediatricians in Bossier City, we would consider changing to not get ripped off. Too bad Dr. Sanders is so awesome. The other doctors are great to. We have seen two of the lady physicians when he has not been in.
