  I used to bring my dog here for daycare sitting while I was at work for about a year. At first she was excited to get out of the house, but with subsequent visits I noticed she would begin panicking and exhibiting distress in the backseat as the car got closer to this business. This made me suspicious. I specifically and repeatedly asked how she was doing with other dogs, because the main reason I as bringing her there was for socialization. I was always told "she did great!" with enthusiasm. The first clue to mistreatment was that she was never in the 30+ pictures they would post on facebook daily at that time. I understand "not all dogs fit their program", but I believe I was being lied to. She was being kept in a cage all day which is worse than just staying in her home. Then I found a tick on her; the following week she had fleas. My dog, nor any other dog I saw dropped off, is checked for fleas before accepting them. I have since used a truly professional dog daycare that would not let me leave until she was checked every time. If they were found, flea treatment would be required before boarding. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of the fleas which persisted for months. If you don't believe me, believe your eyes - they do not check for fleas at dropoff, so if one dog has them then your dog will too.
