- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Carter is the best, most personable physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took care of our baby girl when she was first born in July and has been her pediatrician since. All of the nurses and office staff at WK Bossier Pediatric Partners that I have spoken with have been highly professional and courteous and we have had minimal wait times at appointments. On Thursday, my baby had a small procedure in the hospital with an ENT and was held for 24 hours because of the anesthesia. Dr Carter saw that baby girl was in the hospital and called me personally to see what was going on and make sure she was ok.
